Beach Vacation-Part 1

We just returned from a super-fun week at the beach! We were gone 9 days, but I could have stayed for at least another week. ;)

This is the 2nd year we have gone the week before Memorial Day and the 2nd year we had perfect weather.

These two cuties were SO much fun! I loved these matching swimsuits that I ordered for them. I'm not sure how much longer I can pull this off, but they sure were cute in their blue seersucker suits.

Brody lost his 1st tooth on the first morning of our trip! Such a fun memory. His tooth was so loose that it just fell out while he was running. Ha! I love this little smile.

Dinner one night during the trip. That blessed pony went everywhere with us at the beach. ;)

This boy LOVES the ocean! He kind of made me a little nervous because he would go out so far!

 "Anna" at the beach. ;)

I ordered several smocked ocean/beach themed dresses when we were buried in snow this winter. I guess I was trying to think warm thoughts while we were freezing here. ;) This lobster dress was one of the dresses and I just love it!

Train ride at the Destin Commons.

We spent part of one day in Seaside. We ate lunch at the food trailers and enjoyed walking around the cute little town.

Jillian was a big fan of Wild Bill's Hot Dogs.

My 3 favorite people.

Eating lunch! We all had such great food from the pod trailers.

I'll share the rest of our beach pictures later this week! I hope you all have a great Wednesday!

So much fun! Your kids just get cuter and cuter and I don't even know how that's possible! :)

We love Seaside too, we stay there every year! This summer we stayed about 5 miles down from Seaside in Rosemary Beach and loved it even more, it's such a quaint family place with great restaurants, toy stores and the Sugar Shak for the kids ;) and more beautiful beach!

I've been following you since Brody was first born. I have a son born right after Brody, on the 30th... he just lost his first tooth today... same one as Brody!

Their clothes are too cute!

Looks like you had the absolute perfect weather for your vacation! Also looks like everyone had a blast. I really enjoyed looking at your pictures! I hope as it gets cold again that you think about taking another vacation with your family! I know that I loved doing so when I was a kid! That time was most special spent with them.

When thinking about Bathtub Taps we need to remember that the bathroom, as we know it, is still relatively new. Before 1870, Victorians would slide into a hip Taps UK in front of the fire. These shallow Pull Out Kitchen Taps were curved up the back making a comfortable rest and were made of iron or zinc, usually painted dark brown on the outside and cream or marbled on the inside.

Looking at your photos, I remembered with my family, wife, children and mother-in-law. Hopefully be a family that is always happy. Our prayer.
